Assistant Controller

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join their dynamic and growing team and help with overseeing the Accounting group. They are an international organization, and this role is critical to our client's financial management and reporting processes, created as a result of ongoing growth and expansion.

• Work with the Controller to lead the preparation of financial results and other reporting for company on a monthly basis, adhering to third-party owner contractual deadlines
• Identification and monitoring of key performance statistics/ratios with analysis on significant variances on a monthly basis
• Researching and documenting explanations for variances in monthly financial reports
• Assist with the preparation of operations forecasts and cash flow forecasts on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Provide direct oversight of the Accounting team
• Provide leadership and management guidance to accounting team members

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven management experience in an accounting environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Detailed-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
