Client Onboarding Associate

JCW is partnering with a leading global investment manager, on an exciting opportunity to join their Operations team as an Onboarding Associate. This individual will play a key role in coordinating the launch and maintenance of institutional client accounts, working cross-functionally with teams including Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal, and external counter parties. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting sophisticated investment strategies.

• Coordinate account launches, transitions, and strategy changes, ensuring all operational requirements are completed
• Manage onboarding workflows, documentation, and account opening processes with custodians and brokers
• Track project milestones and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives

• 2–5 years of client onboarding or investment operations experience at an asset manager, hedge fund, or bank
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills in a team-oriented environment
