This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)

About your Team:

The Professional Services Team serves as the main service desk dedicated to supporting our hedge fund and institutional clients. Our team members manage and own client inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.

• Assist with client inquiries received via telephone, e‑mail, tickets, and chats
• Investigate and resolve a wide variety of client questions and issues, and help with prospective client inquiries
• Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all majors welcome
• Working with clients in any capacity
• Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and elevate complex issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred

• Self‑motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Superb analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.
