Firm: Investment Manager
Job SummaryAssist the Controller with firmwide finance, accounting and various operational activities, including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities- Management reporting
- Multiple US and UK entity audits as well as consolidated audit
- US and UK payroll and accounts payable
- US and UK regulatory reports
- US and UK tax filings and Partner tax estimates
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Cash management
- Review of monthly Concur T&E reports
- Net capital calculations
- Coordinate with finance-related third‑party vendors: bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, payroll
- Complete ad hoc accounting, finance and operations requests and special projects
- 6-12 years of public/private accounting with strong technical US GAAP and International Statutory Reporting frameworks
- SAP experience is strongly preferred
