Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Position: This is a diversified role, working closely with investment teams to manage the investment monitoring/reporting process, including data collection and validation, portfolio and performance analysis, valuations, responses to internal and external queries, liquidity planning, and coordination of deal funding. As part of the funds finance team, the successful candidate will oversee the fund administrator and collaborate with key stakeholders to support fund accounting and reporting, liquidity planning for capital calls and distributions, portfolio and performance analysis, completion of DDQs and various investor and internal inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review fund administrator deliverables, financial statements, and investor reports.
  • Oversee management fee calculations, waterfalls, expense allocations, and investor capital activities.
  • Handle fund liquidity management, forecasting, and valuation support.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and investors on agreements, audits, and due diligence.
  • Maintain and enhance the portfolio monitoring system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
  • Prepare detailed fund and portfolio performance reports and maintain related financial models.
  • Lead initiatives on automation, process improvement, and model validation.
  • Partner with the Controller, CFO, and investment team on accounting, compliance, and portfolio activities.
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant direct Private Equity experience.
  • Experience with financial accounting and US GAAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance required.
  • Data mining experience (e.g., pulling data/producing reports for internal and external stakeholders). Systems include Excel, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, etc.
