The school offers a coed program for young children at the Barat Center for Early Childhood Education and then an all‑girls experience from K–12 on our 110‑acre campus in Greenwich, Connecticut. We are proudly part of the Network of Sacred Heart Schools.

We are currently seeking a JV Lacrosse Head Coach to join our Athletic Department for the 2026 spring season.

Reports to:

Director of Athletics
FLSA Status:
Stipend, part‑time position

• Implement instruction and training programs to prepare student‑athletes for competition; this will include plans for experienced and brand‑new players
• Collaborate with coaching staff to plan, organize and run daily practices
• Attend all practices and competitions at the direction of the Head Lacrosse Coach and Director of Athletics
• Supervise student‑athletes during all team activities
• Comply with Sacred Heart and sport–specific organization policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining equipment
• Communicate effectively with parents and students

• Upper School:
  Season starts March 2026, 4:00–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; occasional Saturday games
• Travel with the team for practices and games is required. Some games require early departure for Upper School level teams.

The ideal coaching candidate will have experience with the sport at the college level, or equivalent, expertise in teaching sport‑specific skills and strategy and the ability to relate and communicate effectively with young women.

The candidate should be energetic, approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to be an active member of a dynamic athletic and learning community.
