Junior Interior Designer

We have extensive experience in both residential and commercial design with a strong emphasis on new construction and renovations. Our team has a deep understanding and knowledge of the latest trends and key elements of design which are imperative to the successful outcome of high-end projects

Linda Hoffman Interiors is looking for a highly motivated individual to help coordinate the design, production and execution of our projects. This position offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the design process. This is a collaborative team-player role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Work closely with our team to anticipate needs and provide added value to projects and tasks
• Obtain quotes from vendors and track client orders
• Schedule and oversee deliveries
• Measure existing site conditions
• Help with installations and styling
• Assist in preparation of mood boards and client presentations
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, workrooms and receiving warehouses
• Maintain and organize sample library
• Gather and return product samples
• Other responsibilities as are typical for an Interior Design Assistant

• A Bachelor of Arts and/or a degree in Interior Design
• Minimum 2 years experience at an interior design firm
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
