We are seeking a poised, service-driven Customer Service Representative / Receptionist who understands that excellence in veterinary care begins at the front desk.###
** What You’ll Do
*** Serve as the first and final impression of the hospital
* Provide a polished, client-centered experience in person and over the phone
* Schedule appointments efficiently and manage multi-line phones
* Support seamless patient flow through strong communication with medical staff
* Process invoices and payments accurately
* Maintain organized, detailed medical records
* Offer empathy and professionalism during both routine and emotionally sensitive visits###

** Qualifications
* ** 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience (veterinary preferred)
* Strong communication skills and professional presence
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other small animals###
