The JP Morgan Private Bank Client Center Team leads the operation of the firm's Client Centers around the world. Our Client Centers allow our banking teams to welcome their clients and conduct business in a sophisticated and secure environment. We are responsible for ensuring that guests and visitors have a first class experience from the time they enter to the time they leave.
As a Client Center Associate in the Private Bank you will assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the Greenwich Client Center which is comprised of nine private meeting rooms. You will work in a complex, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment with bankers, product partners, and operations teams.
Your role will involve managing the Client Center reservation books, overseeing daily meetings and events, implementing and developing protocols, liaising with catering partners and staff, managing financials, and assisting in project analysis and the opening of new satellite Client Centers.
Job responsibilities
* Manage the Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics
* Oversee Client Center's daily meetings and events, liaising with catering vendors and pantry staff.
* Implement, develop and follow Client Center protocols for all client meetings (meet and greet, security protocols, catering set-up, client management)
* Partner with local facilities and building management to maintain the client center environmental standards.
* Survey client experience and propose solutions based on feedback as needed
* Manage financials to ensure that budgets are met annually
* Liaise with staff on various administrative tasks such as but not limited to: invoice processing, scheduling maintenance calls with vendors and order kitchen, banquet and office supplies among others
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree required
* 4+ years of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience
* Excellent time management and written/ verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
