Our client, a privately owned real estate investment firm, is seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner and the Chief Compliance/Human Resources Officer in their Greenwich, CT office. This individual will play a key role in executive support, compliance coordination, event planning, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in both independent and team-based environments.

Responsibilities

of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and distribute signature pages and documentation required by the Managing Partner
  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, including annual recruiting events, client events, and holiday parties
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer with collecting compliance documentation and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist Managing Partner and CCO in preparing materials for meetings, filings, and internal reviews
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across firm’s offices, including special projects as needed
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Experience supporting executives in a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, with access to sensitive HR and compliance materials
  • General understanding of real estate and real estate capital markets preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
