Prestige Car Sales Executive

Basic Salary £25,000!

OTE of £60,000!

Company Car and Fuel Allowance!

£25,000 basic salary, £60k+ realistic OTE, company car, fuel allowance for commuting, and the chance to represent a prestige automotive brand - this is a high-earning Sales Executive opportunity in the Eltham area for someone who wants strong rewards alongside a premium product and professional sales environment.

This role is suited to an experienced automotive sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, values brand reputation, and wants a commission structure that genuinely reflects performance.

Responsibilities

* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

* Delivering a professional, consultative customer experience aligned with a prestige brand

* Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets

* Building long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

* Completing all sales administration accurately and in line with compliance requirements

Requirements

* Previous automotive sales experience

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* A professional, customer-focused approach

* Motivation to maximise earnings through commission

* Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary £25,000

* OTE £60,000 based on 180- units sold per year

* Company car

* Fuel allowance for commuting

* Average commission holiday pay

* Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

* Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm (day off in lieu)

* 1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00am–4:00pm
