Senior Paediatric Community Nurse
Location:
London
Salary: up to £55,000
Due to expansion there is a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Paediatric nurse to join this community team.
Applicants must be a car driver and have access to their own vehicle.
We are looking for a nurse who has extensive paediatric palliative care nursing experience, is flexible, demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong professional approach. A good team player who can also work autonomously and manage their own caseload.
Responsibilities- Provide teaching, problem solving, and care delivery.
