Bridge Recruitment is working with a fast-growing marketing and production company looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver results across traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Support the development and launch of new products and services

Lead campaigns to promote products and services

Manage internal communications to align and engage teams

Manage external communications including website content, sales collateral, presentations, PR, and trade marketing materials

Optimise digital marketing activities, including website performance, social media, and digital advertising, and explore new channels for engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing management role

Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels

Experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support business growth

Ability to measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
