We are recruiting for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a Service and Maintenance team. This role is based near Woolwich and involves performing onsite repairs and collaborating with another engineer during their tasks.

The organisation has seen steady growth, doubling its size over the past few years, and has contracts signed through a full order book up to 2029.

Responsibilities include performing PPMs, repairs, and call‑outs. There is an on‑call rota 1 in 3 currently across the site.

Package

• Salary base up to £40,000 OTE £42,000
• 40‑hour week
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
• On‑call
• OT time weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Private pension

Requirements

• Experience performing repairs to various buildings – Essential
• Electrical background & health and safety knowledge – Essential
• C&G or NVQ Level 2 or above – Desirable
• CRB checked – Essential

This role would suit someone who has worked within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, or Hire organisations, or other industries.
