The Role:
Deliver personalised tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)
Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Work in settings such as the home, community venues, or alternative provisions
Provide regular feedback on progress
The Ideal Candidate :
Previous experience tutoring or teaching children or young people
Experience working with vulnerable learners is highly desirable
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
