Daily Supply Teaching Assistant – South London
We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across South London. This flexible role is ideal for experienced TAs looking for short-term and ad-hoc work across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN settings.
Rate: £95 - £115 per day
Location: South London
Contract: Daily supply / flexible work
Key Responsibilities- Provide classroom and 1:1 support as required, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their learning on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
- Support pupils with SEN, including behavioural and additional learning needs.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
- Confidence adapting to different school environments at short notice.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding in education.
