Behaviour Mentor – Greenwich - £100-£120 a day (dependent on experience) – Immediate start – Full time

The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 with social emotional and behavioural needs across the school. The role involves working 1:1 and with small groups to help pupils regulate behaviour, re-engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies. You will provide targeted interventions, support pupils during transitions and moments of dysregulation, model positive behaviour and work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and families to promote consistent approaches.

The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient and skilled at building trusting relationships to help pupils succeed both in and out of the classroom.
