Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Charlton, Greenwich
Start Date: Mon 23rd Feb 26 - 1 year
Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term - Maternity Contract
Salary: £90-95 per day increasing to £109.74 after 12 weeks
Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a highly regarded primary school in Charlton, who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for their Early Years Team. The Role:
- Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support children's learning. Your duties will include small group work, one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Long-Term Opportunity: This is a full-time, long-term maternity contract.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential, ideally within Early Years
- Qualifications: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Attributes: We seek a proactive, adaptable, and caring individual who can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A passion for supporting children's development and learning is a must.
