Project Manager Temporary

Position: Project Manager (Contract, Temporary)
Location: Woolwich

Konnect are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a warehouse/depot build, managing the project from start to finish.

This role will be heavily civils-focused during the early stages, so applicants must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in civil works, including groundworks and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full site management of a warehouse/depot project from inception through to completion

* Managing and coordinating all site activities, subcontractors, and trades

* Overseeing civils works during the early phases of the project

* Ensuring the programme is met and works are delivered safely and to a high standard

* Maintaining site health & safety, quality control, and compliance

* Liaising with the project team, consultants, and suppliers

Requirements:

* Proven experience running a similar type of project.

* Strong civils and groundworks knowledge.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Strong focus on health & safety and quality
