Sales Manager

Novatech is a nationwide Managed Office Provider, delivering IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions that help businesses work smarter. As we expand in Greenville and the surrounding markets, we are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to grow our presence and guide a motivated sales team to success.

As Sales Manager, you will be both a strategist and a hands‑on leader – developing your team, engaging with clients, and driving market growth.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
• Execute a targeted sales plan to expand Novatech's client base in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders by identifying needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Actively prospect through cold calls, networking, and client meetings to generate new business.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and career development for your team.
• Track and report performance, market opportunities, and competitive insights to leadership.

• Proven success in B2B sales, with at least two years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
• A passion for coaching, motivating, and developing sales talent.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create strategy and close deals.
• Relationship‑first approach to building long‑term client partnerships.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license, access to a reliable, insured vehicle, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Residency in or near Greenville, SC is required.
• Comfort commuting regularly to our office located in Greer, SC.
