Semiconductor Wafer Processing Technician

Responsibilities:

• Carefully handle delicate semiconductor wafers through various stages of processing on coating, grinding, laser marking, and cleaning tool.
• Interpret customer instructions and drawings to ensure processing meets customer specificatios.
• Create numeric programs on machine controlles.
• Inspect product with attention to detail to ensure tools are operating proprly.
• Communicate with customer for clarification when problems rise.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic equipment maintnance.

• Strong attention to detail to avoid producing defects in customer wafers. We striver for Precise Execution with Zero Defects.
• High school diploma, trade school certification, or collee degree.
• Manufacturing experience or technical training in manufacturing or engineering tehnologies.
• Familiarity with machining and manufacturing processes. Machine shop experianc is a plus.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) along with blueprint reding skills.
• Excellent ability to follow written instructions.
• Proficiency in Mirosoft Office.
• Ability to work with minium supervision.
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micromeers, and gauges.

• $45,000 - $80,000 salary, dependng on experience.
