Harris Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and capable Senior Manager, Program Management for our Greenville, TX location. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of program management execution, growth, strategy, and financial performance for a portfolio of programs at this location in alignment with L3

Harris’ goals and objectives. This position will have a direct interface with customers, suppliers, and stakeholder leadership. You will promote a positive work environment, guiding L3

Harris’ employees in their work and influencing them to deliver their best and to act within the L3

Essential Functions
  • As the Senior Program Management lead, directly interact with a matrixed and cross-functional team to accomplish business objectives.
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) leader responsible for the strategic direction and overall financial performance of the assigned business area.
  • Accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the portfolio through all phases.
  • Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact.
  • Develop, manage, track, and report financial forecasts.
  • Provide executive level briefings to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
  • Cross-functional coordination to ensure that all resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available to support the program. Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical engineering, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
  • Develop and execute program strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain customer communication, and provide overall management of the customer relationship.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure alignment of all program objectives and facilitate requirement changes when necessary.
  • Travel required approximately 10% of the time, based on program needs.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain TS-SCI.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Demonstrated technical & financial background/skills.
  • Demonstrated program strategy and capture experience.
  • Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and working across different business organizations and customer communities.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs within a DoD or Aerospace environment.
  • Demonstrated Foreign Military Sale (FMS) experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer procurement processes and government funding approval.
  • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated oral, written, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels up to and including executive leaders.
