Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for a Project Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives and drive business growth through effective project execution and product delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management and/or product development experience within a manufacturing environment, developing work plans, overseeing progress, managing scope, and leading Agile/Scrum teams. This individual will architect digital solutions, translate strategic roadmaps into actionable initiatives, and champion innovative thinking to support future business needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors
- Drive innovation and lead end-to-end product launches
- Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features and user stories
- Evaluate and implement improvements to digital strategy
- Analyze and report on digital initiatives
- Transform vision and roadmaps into actionable projects and prioritized backlog items
- Train business users on new functionality
- Serve as Scrum Master for the Product Team
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Development
- 2+ years of experience serving in a Scrum Master role within an Agile environment
- Prefer 5+ years of SAP experience
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytics and/or Business Intelligence experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Broad knowledge of digital best practices
- Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen capabilities and skill sets
