We Treat the Person, Not Just the Diagnosis. Concho Hearts Hospice is looking for a compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve our patients in Garland / Greenville, TX area. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling to provide care that truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Do- Provide hands-on patient care in their homes.
- Deliver comfort, dignity, and support during their journey.
- Enjoy weekly scheduled routine patients.
- Get paid mileage reimbursement for travel.
- Texas CNA License (Hospice experience is a plus, but not required!)
- Heart for hospice and a passion for caring for people.
