Senior Structural Analyst

Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in aircraft structural stress analysis.
• Strong background in classical stress analysis and finite element methods.
• Experience in preparing stress analysis reports for aircraft certification.

• Significant experience performing stress analysis of aircraft structures.
• Experience supporting new aircraft designs and structural modifications.
• Experience providing stress support to liaison or modification engineering teams.
• Experience analyzing aircraft structural repairs.

• Perform stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.
• Support new structural designs with detailed stress analysis.
• Provide stress engineering support for aircraft modifications and repairs.
• Prepare and document comprehensive stress analysis reports.
• Support certification activities through compliant structural analysis.
• Apply finite element techniques and classical methods to evaluate designs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve structural issues.

• Experience with fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
• Knowledge of commercial and military aircraft certification requirements.
• Experience working on transport category or general aviation aircraft.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline required.
