Location: Based in South Carolina (Travel Required Throughout the Carolinas)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 & Per Diem
A leading general contractor based in Greenville, SC are looking for a Superintendent to join the team on a permanent basis. This individual will ideally have 3+ years experience working as a Superintendent & have the ability to travel through the Carolinas to assist with a multitude of projects. Candidates with both multifamily and/or commercial experience are of interest here. Per diem is provided.
Responsibilities- Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards
- Work with contractors to complete large renovation projects
- Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints
- Time management and communication skills
- Basic budgeting and public safety
- 3+ years working as a Superintendent, ideally with a GC
