Position Details: The Production Hangar Avionics F-16 Technician will be responsible for building electrical harnesses/components, routing wire/cables, terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks. You may also be required to troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems based on the area assigned and perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections on the F-16 production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build electrical harnesses/components and guide assembly.
• Route wire/cables and terminate cables/wires.
• Conduct operational checks and troubleshoot electrical and avionics systems.
• Perform general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections on the F-16 production line.
• Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operate related equipment such as OHM meters, crimping tools, soldering tools, and conduct tests, reporting data in a prescribed format.
• Work Monday‑Thursday 1st shift 6:00 am‑4:30 pm or 2nd shift 4:30 pm‑3:00 am as assigned post‑training.
• Maintain proficiency in aircraft routing, harness installation, harness build‑up, termination/crimping, and soldering.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship Required.
• W2 employee of Donatech Corporation.
• Current aircraft routing, harness install, harness build‑up, termination/crimping, and soldering experience.
• Ability to work assignments as above and meet shift schedules.
