Service Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role you will conduct demand service calls for residential HVAC systems, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various brands of equipment, and assist in training junior team members. Occasionally you may also install residential equipment as needed.

• Perform service calls and troubleshoot HVAC equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers.
• Maintain accurate equipment histories, billing, and other records in digital platforms.
• Keep assigned company vehicles clean and well maintained.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• E.P.A. certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Technician.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems used with HVAC.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Self‑motivated and able to take direction as part of a team.
• Honest and dependable.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening and background check.
