• Operate hydraulic and lattice boom
• Operate other types of equipment (backhoes, excavators, etc.)
• Place concrete from a truck, and drive piling
• Know how to inspect the crane for unsafe conditions, complete required records, and communicate unsafe conditions to the proper authority

• NCCCO or similar certification for minimum of 3 years with specialties in LAT
• Minimum of five years’ experience in all phases of commercial construction
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
• Demonstrate safely working around heavy equipment
• Pre-employment drug screen required
