Lead-In-Training Installer

Introduction

We are seeking a reliable, entry‑level Lead‑In‑Training Installer to join our team and support installations of residential HVAC systems. The Lead‑In‑Training Installer will assist in complete heat pump or air‑conditioner/furnace change‑outs in a resident’s home following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. The company will provide training in our office, classroom, and on‑the‑job. The successful candidate will have a strong work‑ethic, problem‑solving skills and be able to learn to work independently.

• Support the Lead Installer on each installation job following the job summary, pictures and videos, and guidance from the Installation Manager.
• Help prepare the installation truck with all supplies and materials necessary to complete each job.
• Communicate frequently with the Lead Installer to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1 year minimum of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Introductory knowledge of electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid, insurable driver’s license and pass a drug screening.
