Machine Tool Electrician

Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM with occasional overtime. Currently working 50-55 hours a week, including some Saturdays. Positions available at Liberty, South Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina. Ability to work at both locations is required. Candidates must have their own tools.

• Assemble equipment according to approved design and customer specifications.
• Document and communicate changes and issues.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist with ISO/Quality Standards compliance.
• Communicate with the project team regarding issues and progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Safely troubleshoot wiring and circuits.
• Wire according to NEC standards.
• Read and interpret schematics.

• Basic computer skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to accept direction and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and onto/under machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain licenses for Hi-Lo (Fork Lift), Aerial Platform, and Overhead Crane, as well as Lock Out Tag Out training during employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of electrical experience preferred.
• Related vocational education preferred.
• Journeyman’s card preferred.
