Whether you’re experienced or not, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. We’re looking for a Termite Service Professional to help protect homes, businesses, and families.

• Build relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage your own termite service route, handling day‑to‑day operations with excellent time management.
• Perform pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address future needs.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting hourly pay $20, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
