What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Your Territory: Act as the face of the business, building trust with homeowners and small business owners across Greenville
- Lead Generation: Follow up with leads and drive growth through outbound prospecting (cold calls, door knocks, and social selling)
- Consultative Sales: Conduct onsite walkthroughs, provide estimate approvals, and help clients realize their vision
- Bridge the Gap: Serve as the primary connection between the client’s vision and the painting crew’s final transformation
- Project Management: Walk job sites, manage timelines, and ensure every project meets our high standards of excellence
- Driving & Background: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
- Outbound Grit: Comfortable with proactive sales, including cold calling, door-knocking, and social selling
- Local Residency: Must live in or near Greenville, SC, and be able to work full-time
- Client Interaction: Willingness to enter customers’ homes and a high level of comfort in face-to-face settings
- Integrity & Trust: Proven ability to make homeowners feel heard and respected, not "hustled"
- Schedule Flexibility: Able to work full-time (Monday–Friday) with the occasional evening or weekend
- Sales Background: 1+ year of experience in sales is preferred but not required for high-performers
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina community
- Ownership Mindset: Previous experience managing projects or owning results from start to finish
- Earnings: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commissions ($100k OTE; $150k+ potential)

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Occasional evenings/weekends to meet client needs)
- Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC, and surrounding Upstate territory
