Branded by Greenville is a digital experience agency based in Greenville, South Carolina. The focus is premium brands, websites, and growth systems for service-based businesses.

This is a sales-first role focused entirely on o
utbound messaging, conversation creation, and pipeline generation
. The responsibility is to consistently produce qualified sales conversations through direct outreach and follow-up.

Compensation:

  • 5% commission on one-time projects ($10,000 to $150,000+)
  • 5% commission on new retainer revenue for the first 6 months
  • Performance accelerators increasing commissions up to 7–10% beyond quota
  • On-target earnings range from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with no cap for high performers.

How commission works:

  • Commission is earned on deals you source that close.
  • Commission is paid after the client pays Branded by Greenville.
  • Retainer commission is paid monthly for the first 6 months of a new contract.
  • Accelerators apply after quota is hit within the month.

Role overview:

Own outbound lead generation and direct messaging systems that create qualified conversations and booked Discovery and Strategy Sessions. Build repeatable outbound processes across cold email, cold calling, organic social, and Linked In and more with clear tracking and predictable output.

What you will own:

  • Build weekly target account lists aligned with the ideal client profile
  • Execute outbound outreach through cold email, Linked In messaging, cold calling and organic social
  • Start conversations, qualify prospects, and book Discovery and Strategy Sessions
  • Follow up consistently to move conversations to booked calls
  • Maintain clean pipeline tracking and weekly performance reporting
