Business Development Representative – Event Services

Location: Semi-Remote / Hybrid

Pay: Hourly base + commission + bonuses

Schedule: Full-time

Pay Frequency: Weekly (Direct Deposit)

Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is hiring a Business Development Representative to support a growing company in the event services industry
. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can generate their own leads
, build relationships, and drive new business quickly.

This is a temp-to-hire position with strong earning potential for candidates who thrive in a performance-based environment.

• Generate new business through self-sourced lead generation, networking, and outreach
• Build relationships with event planners, venues, vendors, and related businesses
• Promote event services, equipment rentals, product sales, and financing options
• Maintain an active, professional presence on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other social platforms
• Attend, set up, and work trade shows and networking events
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and occasional in-office meetings
• Use provided CRM, automation tools, and branding resources
• Meet activity and revenue expectations, with the goal of producing results within the first 30 days

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in the event industry strongly preferred (events, rentals, venues, hospitality, production, etc.)
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and close business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a semi-remote role
• Willingness to attend events, trade shows, and networking functions
