We’re actively hiring Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) (job description below).
- RSMs manage their territory’s contractor relationships and lead a team of three OSRs.
- OSRs focus on developing their assigned territory and report directly to the RSM.
With 5 regions and 20 territories nationwide, we currently have openings for both roles.

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory (see “Sales Territory” below). The ideal candidate for this position is bilingual in English and Spanish, withprior experience in the roofing industry, and who resides in or near the Atlanta area. As a frontline ambassador of Flash Co, this individual will cultivate and manage strong relationships, primarily focusing on the roofing contractor.
This metric driven sales leader will focus on creating demand at the roofing contractor level. This role requires a dynamic and strategic sales professional who excels at customer engagement and territory development, while upholding Flash Co’s core values:
Integrity, Respect, Can-Do Attitude, and Customer Satisfaction.
Sales success will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue generation, order volume, and activity. The OSR will execute strategies defined by Flash Co’s sales leadership team, all while expanding (get, keep, grow) Flash Co’s market presence and brand loyalty.
The sales territory consists of the following states or regions:
North Carolina, South Carolina & Tennessee
- Actively manage and grow territory sales across assigned states.
- Spend 90% of time in territory actively selling / 10% of time in office.
- “In territory actively selling” translates to the following focus: in person sales calls with Roofing Contractors (75%), Roofing Distributors (20%) and Membrane Manufacturing Partners (5%).
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Create demand at the roofing contractor level to maximize opportunities and drive pull through sales with our roofing distribution partners.
- Joint sales calls with outside (commercial) sales reps at distributors.
- Joint sales calls with Membrane Manufacturing Partners.
- Job site visits.
- Develop and execute territory action plan and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Map and engage with all tier 1 and tier 2 roofing contractors in territory.
- Map and engage with all roofing distributors in territory.
- Map and engage with all membrane manufacturer’s representatives in territory.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with all customers and key influencers.
- Lead training program with contractors (and distribution and manufacturing) partners monthly.
- Ensure delivery of timely and accurate quotes, product information, and availability updates.
- Support pricing strategies to meet profitability goals; identify and promote cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales data and adjust tactics as needed to improve performance.
- Ensure the CRM system is regularly (weekly at minimum) updated with current contact information, meetings, meeting notes, customer insights, opportunity stages and activity status in CRM calendar.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, ensuring resolution with urgency and professionalism.
