We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established landscape construction company in Greenville, SC that is looking to hire an experienced Sales Designer
.

This role is ideal for someone who can generate their own business
, manage the full sales cycle, and create your own residential landscape designs
.

• Generate new business through self-sourced leads, referrals, and local networking
• Meet residential clients and manage projects from first consultation to close
• Produce custom landscape and outdoor living designs
• Present proposals and close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Background in landscape sales, landscape construction, or construction sales
• Strong design capability (able to produce your own designs)
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and drive revenue
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with landscape design software preferred
• $60,000–$90,000 draw (base), depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
