This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Manager located in Greenville, SC. The New Home Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the entire sales process. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, coordinating sales and marketing operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Effective Team Management capabilities
• Experience in New Home Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM, sales tracking and reporting
• Must have current South Carolina Real Estate license to be considered
