• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation:
  Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation:
  Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management:
  Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research:
  Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
• Sales Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensure).

• The range is based on the average representative in current markets.
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
• Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
