First year compensation is expected to be $85,000, including base pay (targeted at $38K–$40K) plus commission, expenses, manufacturer incentives, and potential bonuses.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota through cold calling and self-generated leads.
  • Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
  • Generate net new business through prospecting and a high conversion rate from warm leads from campaigns.
  • Understand client objectives and needs, align Toshiba products and services, develop relationships, and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinate sale terms and client training, and act as an ambassador for Toshiba.
  • Create and maintain a prospecting plan, including territory management and objective setting; conduct sales reporting as required.
  • Develop industry knowledge and stay informed about marketplace trends to identify opportunities for new business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment, or five or more years in high-volume sales in one or more of the following industries:
    Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate and/or Consulting.
  • Five or more years of business-to-business experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
