Outside Sales Representative

Join us at Window Nation as an Outside Sales Representative. We are hiring immediately in the Greenville, SC metro region and surrounding areas, including Hendersonville, Spartanburg, Greer, and nearby areas.

Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our home improvement products and services. They embody our brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating extensive knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

• Limited-Time $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for weekly start dates between August 11 and September 22
• Training pay up to $673/week for the first 90 days, plus a reduced commission rate
• 100% Commission after 90 days
• Monthly bonus potential and uncapped earning potential

• Receive high-quality preset appointments — no cold calling
• Present sales proposals, provide estimates, and leave marketing collateral
• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored options
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up, including CRM records and financing options
• Guide customers through project details, pricing, and next steps

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer-facing retail sales experience
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience in outside or in-home sales
• Comfort with using iPads and sales applications
• Ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-growth environments
