Full-Time Merchandiser Stocker – Coca-Cola Consolidated
Schedule: 6 AM till completion (weekends required). Services Anderson, Clemson, Seneca and surrounding areas.
Locations: Anderson;
Clemson;
Seneca.
Pay Range: $181.44 per day.
Job OverviewThe Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that attracts consumers at customer retail locations. This position services and maintains multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. The Merchandiser follows plan sets, planograms and communicates with store management and cross‑functional personnel.
Duties & Responsibilities- Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display and shelf according to procedures and special programs.
- Physically move product from the backroom and place it on display.
- Create and distribute point‑of‑sale materials on display and shelf where permitted.
- Rotate product, fill and merchandise fast‑lane merchandisers and vendors; check vendors to ensure proper operation.
- Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; arrange the return of empty pallets, shells, damaged and out‑of‑date product to the branch.
- Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow‑up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities and upcoming activity discussions.
- Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
- Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
- Ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Company‑provided cell phone.
- Valid in‑state driver’s license.
- Excellent driving history.
- Proof of insurance policy covering at least $50,000 per person/ $100,000 per occurrence ($50,000 property damage and $500 deductible effective from first day).

The work environment varies, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non‑temperature controlled.
