Tire and Battery Service Advisor

Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Sam’s Club is seeking a Team Member to provide excellent service and support sales and service requests. The role includes training new technicians, leveraging digital tools, maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement.
• Communicate equipment, tools and supplies needs, operate cash registers, process transactions and maintain accurate inventory.
• Advise members on purchasing decisions, resolve issues and ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored in accordance with company policies.
• Model high‑quality service, be a brand advocate and influence others to adopt new tools and systems.
• Apply company policies, ethics and integrity, and report safety hazards and compliance issues.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Experience in the auto service industry or retail.
