This role offers a base pay range of $14.00/hr - $18.00/hr.
Essential Functions- Maintain safe and secure environments throughout the store.
- Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation, maintain cleanliness, and supervise company operational processes as needed.
- Practice safe behaviors and treat safety as the number one priority.
- Stay aware on the sales floor, correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
- Secure building entrances/exits, Daily trash removal, Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) checks, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick‑ups, and register areas.
- Remove clutter and keep emergency exits clear.
- Handle customer safety, accident reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Test fire alarm systems and respond to after‑hours alarms as required.
- Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Recognize associates using company recognition programs.
- Represent and support the company brand at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and enforce the company dress code.
- Keep all store areas clean, well‑maintained, and merchandised to standard.
- Perform daily trash removal.
- Ensure recovery, sizing, and markdowns are completed to standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise trucks and process all inbound deliveries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stockrooms.
- Help deliver and place merchandise on the sales floor.
- Secure and process back‑stock and reduce loss due to damage.
- Comply with monthly presentation guidelines and handle floor moves and promotions.
- Execute the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and maintain a strong customer service presence.
- Demonstrate integrity, safeguard confidential information, and protect merchandise.
- Maintain the Public View Monitor (PVM) system and conduct “Code 50” package inspections.
- Apply company best practices to maximize productivity.
- Ensure associates perform front‑end tasks to company standards.
- Maintain pace, energy, and presence at the front end to reduce customer wait times.
- Train associates on cash registers, shortage control, and other front‑end procedures.
- Manage retail associates’ break schedules.
- Ensure all equipment is working and supplies are stocked.
- Expedite go‑backs, ticketing, and security tagging.
- Teach the “Scan and Bag” best practice.
- Maintain salability of merchandise and specialty racks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operation of fitting rooms.
- Ensure garment tags are audited and accounted for.
- Handle go‑back compliance throughout the day.
- Handle cash pulls, bank deposits, and front‑end controls.
- Manage payroll administration, scheduling compliance, and payroll reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Use store equipment such as PDTs, registers, and PC.
- Stand, walk, and move around the store all working time.
- Bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop as required.
- Occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs.
- Use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other supplies.
- Stockroom shift workers may need to push, pull, and lift more than 20 lbs.
