Job Summary
The Late Night Manager is responsible for effectively leading Sully’s Steamers Restaurant according to operational policies and procedures. This position reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Along with supervising portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality food preparation and service, including responding to guests' complaints and turning dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
  • Follows up with employees on assigned tasks.
  • Monitor training of employees during shift
  • Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, security, company policies and procedures, and personnel management.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must willing to submit to a background check.
