Position: CAFE SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

CAFE SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Compass One Healthcare – Prisma Health Greenville, 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Online application only.

Position type:
Full‑time, 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Days may vary, including rotating weekends.

Pay range: $17.50–$21.00 per hour.

Requirements:
Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evalue the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
  • Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
