Location: Greenville, SC (City Barbeque)

Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner.
• Cross‑train and work multiple stations.
• Follow proper recipes and procedures consistently.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.
• Initiate and pitch in to help others.

• Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting.
• Complete hot food prep assignments according to recipes, neatness, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate to prepare take‑out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work quickly and independently.
• Flexibility to cross‑train and cover multiple stations.
• Strong attention to detail with recipes and sanitation.
• Motivation to take initiative and help teammates.
