Dishwasher – Bon Secours Wellness Arena

Levy Restaurants is hiring a Dishwasher at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Compensation is $16.00 per hour.

• Scrape and rinse dishes, wash by hand or place in dishwasher racks or conveyor.
• Wash pots, pans, trays according to procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly and safe; sweep and mop floors.
• Wipe worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place in containers; steam clean or hose garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment; help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
