Lawn Care Technician

Overview

Lawn Doctor of Greenville, Easley, Simpsonville & Pro Landscape is seeking dependable Lawn Care Technicians / Landscapers dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn and landscape services. This is a hands-on field position focused on mowing, trimming, edging, lawn treatments, and general landscaping work. Our technicians are customer-facing representatives of our brand. They take pride in their work, follow safe operating practices, and deliver consistent, professional results at each property they service.

• Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance, including
  • Mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
  • Mulch installation and general landscape upkeep
  • Lawn treatments using environmentally responsible products
  • Aeration and seeding services as assigned
• Safely operate lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and production goals
• Maintain equipment, tools, vehicles, and work areas in clean, safe condition
• Communicate professionally with customers when on site
• Perform basic shop work and assist with equipment maintenance as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to operate power equipment safely and responsibly
• Willingness to follow procedures and quality standards
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
