We offer after‑hours acute care for canine and feline patients without the high cost of traditional emergency clinics, using paperless systems, cloud‑based EMR, digital x‑rays, and in‑house IDEXX lab equipment.

The Practice Manager leads the hospital team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring efficient after‑hours care while fostering a positive work culture. The role aligns with the Urgent Vet ethos, cultivating engagement, growth, efficiency, and financial stability.

• Reports to the Regional Director of Operations, Urgent Vet.
• Typically 40–45 hours per week, with occasional extended hours due to the veterinary profession.
• Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays (no overnight shifts).

  3‑11 pm weekdays, 10 am‑8 pm weekends.
