Position OverviewThe Practice Manager leads the hospital team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring efficient after‑hours care while fostering a positive work culture. The role aligns with the Urgent Vet ethos, cultivating engagement, growth, efficiency, and financial stability.

- Reports to the Regional Director of Operations, Urgent Vet.
- Typically 40–45 hours per week, with occasional extended hours due to the veterinary profession.
- Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays (no overnight shifts).
Hours:
3‑11 pm weekdays, 10 am‑8 pm weekends.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and build trust.
